QA Tester

As a QA Tester, you will work closely with developers and the product team to validate new features, identify defects, test APIs, and ensure product quality across our software ecosystem. You will also contribute to testing AI-powered applications, where correctness, consistency, and reliability are critical.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and an eagerness to learn modern software testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manual & Functional Testing
   Test web applications, dashboards, forms, workflows, and user journeys.
   Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists.
   Perform functional, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and regression testing.
   Validate applications across browsers, devices, and user roles.

2. API Testing
   Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
   Validate request and response payloads, HTTP status codes, and error handling.
   Verify data consistency and identify edge cases in API behaviour.
   Perform basic database validation using SQL where required.

3. AI Product Testing

Test AI chatbots, conversational interfaces, voice agents, and AI-driven workflows.
Evaluate response accuracy, relevance, consistency, and handling of unexpected inputs.
Identify hallucinations, incorrect responses, workflow failures, and edge cases.
Document reproducible issues to help improve AI product reliability.

1. Bug Tracking & Documentation

Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
Maintain test cases, test execution reports, and regression checklists.
Verify bug fixes and ensure previously working functionality remains stable.
Communicate defects and quality risks clearly to the development team.

1. Collaboration & Release Support

Work with developers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in feature reviews, testing cycles, and release validation.
Help establish repeatable QA processes and improve overall testing efficiency.
