QA Automation Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a QA Lead professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing and
quality assurance, with strong expertise in the US/UK healthcare domain. The ideal candidate
should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using Playwright or Cypress
or any test automation framework, a solid understanding of Agile methodology, and a track
record of working with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply a strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and processes in day-to
day project activities.
• Design and execute effective manual and automation test cases based on
• business and technical requirements.
• Perform thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright or Cypress, or any test
automation framework is an added advantage.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve
issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Engage with US clients as part of regular project communication.

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong domain expertise in US/UK Healthcare (mandatory).
• Experience in any test automation framework has added advantages.
• Strong experience in Agile methodology.
• Exposure to working directly with US clients.
• Solid knowledge of manual testing practices and test case design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
