AI Sales LLC (Idea N Technology) builds LeadsPipe, an AI sales co-pilot for enterprise and engineering/EPC firms. The platform finds high-intent prospects, identifies the real decision-makers, surfaces the business problems inside target companies, forecasts tenders before they are announced, and helps prepare proposal sections. We are an early-stage, founder-led company serving clients in the USA, the GCC and worldwide, and we are building our first core team.

The role
You will build the agents that do the selling work: researching accounts, mapping decision-makers, simulating buying committees and drafting outreach and proposal sections. Your work is the heart of what clients pay for.

What you'll do
• Build and improve multi-agent workflows such as the Shadow Agent (decision-committee simulation), Digital Twin of the buyer and Orchestrator
• Develop prompt chains, RAG pipelines and tool-use agents that research companies and surface their business problems
• Build proposal-generation features (Proposal DNA, Reality Sim) that draft and test proposal sections
• Set up evaluation datasets and metrics to measure accuracy, hallucination rate and usefulness
• Optimise latency and token cost across LLM providers
• Work with the sales team to turn real client feedback into better agent behaviour
What you bring
• 3+ years of software engineering with 1+ year building on LLMs in production
• Strong Python; experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or similar
• Solid grasp of embeddings, retrieval, prompt engineering and fine-tuning trade-offs
• A habit of measuring quality with evals rather than gut feel
• Clear written English
Nice to have
• NLP background (classification, entity extraction, summarisation)
• Experience with voice AI or speech synthesis
• Knowledge of sales processes, procurement or tendering
