About Veridraft
Veridraft is an early-stage technology company building software to simplify corporate governance, legal operations and entity management through AI and automation.

We're looking for a proactive, ambitious and commercially minded individual to work closely with the founder and help grow the business.

The Role
As a Founder's Associate, you'll work closely with the founder on projects across marketing, business development, research and operations.

This is a hands-on, flexible opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas and play an active role in growing an early-stage technology company.

The focus of your work will evolve with business priorities, with specific projects and deliverables agreed together.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content

Create and manage content for LinkedIn, the website and other marketing channels.

Support marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

Research industry trends and marketing opportunities.

Assist with digital marketing, email campaigns and content strategy.

Business Development

Research potential customers and business opportunities.

Support lead generation and outreach activities.

Prepare sales materials, presentations and proposals.

Maintain prospect lists and CRM records.

Research & Strategy

Conduct market and competitor research.

Identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships.

Prepare reports, presentations and research summaries.

Support strategic initiatives and special projects.

Operations & General Support

Assist with business operations and project coordination.

Organise documents, information and project trackers.

Research tools and processes to improve efficiency.

Support other business-related projects as mutually agreed.

About You
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.

Interested in technology, startups and entrepreneurship.

Good research and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable using digital tools and AI productivity software.

Adaptable and willing to take on different types of projects.

Previous experience in marketing, business development, consulting or startups is a plus, but not essential.

What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate of €19–€24.

Flexible commitment of up to 15 hours per week, depending on mutually agreed projects.

Primarily remote working, with occasional in-person collaboration where agreed.

Contract Arrangements
