About Noesia

AI agents are becoming capable of researching, deciding, and executing on our behalf.

But there is still one fundamental problem:

Agents can act, but they cannot reliably control money.

Noesia is building the money layer for the agentic economy.

We give AI agents a controlled financial identity that allows them to transact on behalf of people and businesses, while keeping authorization deterministic, auditable, and under human control.

Imagine telling an agent:

> “Noesia, buy me the cheapest MacBook Pro under $2,000.”

The agent should be able to research the market, select the right option, and execute the purchase without asking for a card number every time.

That requires a new infrastructure layer between AI agents and the financial system.

That's what we're building.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder, not a CTO hire.

You would become the technical counterpart to the founder and own the engineering side of Noesia from the ground up.

You will have enormous ownership over:

• System architecture
• Backend and infrastructure
• Agent authorization
• Financial transaction infrastructure
• Security and policy enforcement
• APIs and developer infrastructure
• AI agent integrations
• Ledger and audit systems
• Production engineering
• Building and leading the future engineering team

You will write code.

You will make architectural decisions.

You will ship.

You will break things and fix them.

You will help decide what Noesia becomes.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has already built real things.

You don't need to have worked at a famous company.

You don't need a perfect résumé.

You do need to be exceptionally strong technically and have a track record of taking something from idea → architecture → production.

You should have:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Significant backend / infrastructure experience
• Experience designing production systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems and security
• Ability to work across the entire stack when necessary
• Experience building products rather than only internal tooling
• Strong product intuition
• Extremely high ownership
• Startup mentality
• Ability to move extremely fast without sacrificing engineering quality

Experience with AI agents, fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, security, or developer platforms is a major plus.

GitHub repositories, products, startups, infrastructure, open-source projects, technical writing, systems you've designed, products you've shipped.

Artifacts matter more than titles.

We care much more about:

> “I built this and here is how it works.”

than:

> “I was responsible for X at Company Y.”

The founder profile

This role is for someone who wants to build a company, not simply join one.

You should be comfortable with:

• Extreme ambiguity
• Very high ownership
• Moving quickly
• Making decisions without perfect information
• Working directly with the founder
• Building the first version yourself
• Recruiting the team later
• Taking significant startup risk
• Thinking in decades, not quarters

You should look at Noesia and think:

“This should exist. I want to build it.”

Commitment

This is a full-time founder commitment.

You must be willing to relocate to San Francisco and work closely with the founding team.

The initial first month is designed as a mutual fit period.

After the first month, the role transitions into a formal salary + founder equity structure.

Equity

49.99% founder equity.

This is not an employee equity package.

You are joining as the technical co-founder and would own essentially half of the company alongside the founding CEO.

The exact legal structure, vesting, and founder agreement will be established before the formal long-term arrangement.

We are looking for someone who understands that this is a founder-level opportunity with founder-level risk and responsibility.

Why now

The next generation of software will not just answer questions.

It will take actions.

Agents will book flights, buy products, manage subscriptions, purchase software, run businesses, negotiate transactions, and eventually operate significant parts of the economy.

The missing infrastructure is not another AI model.

It's the layer that answers:

What is an agent allowed to do with money, on whose behalf, under which rules, and with what accountability?

We believe that layer will become fundamental infrastructure.

We want to build it.
