Senior Software Engineer, Web

Role Summary
A senior individual-contributor engineer building and maintaining Client’s web application built on React and TypeScript with a Python backend. This person operates autonomously, delivering full-stack features from design through release. This role owns hands-on development and support across the full stack.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the web application, frontend (React, TypeScript), and Python backend.
Deliver full-stack features independently, from design through release.
Ensure the application performs reliably in a live, in-room clinical setting.
Take over operational support for the existing application, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Coordinate with the organization’s infrastructure/endpoint teams responsible for the physical devices.
Collaborate with design, product, and clinical stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience, operating autonomously at a senior level.
Frontend development with React and TypeScript; backend development with Python.
Solid understanding of how browser-based applications work.
Experience using AI as part of the SDLC, preferably Claude Code or Codex to write, review, and ship code.
Preferred Qualifications
PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with GCP and Azure Cloud Environments
Healthcare and clinical domain experience.
