We're an early-stage startup building AI-powered software for healthcare. We're looking for a confident, resilient phone-based sales rep to work directly with our founders. If you thrive on the phone and love turning a "no" into a "yes," we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare practices in the US
Reach the right decision-makers, explain our software in simple terms, and handle objections
Qualify leads and book demos with our founding team
Keep our lead list and call notes updated daily

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication and the ability to build quick rapport over the phone
Clear, fluent English
Self-motivated and disciplined, comfortable working toward daily call goals
Cold calling or software sales experience is a plus, but not required if you're a natural on the phone

THE DETAILS

Paid remote contract role for a few months (not full-time)
Open to candidates anywhere in the world
Pay: Flexible (commission based or fixed monthly contract), discussed based on experience
Hours: Flexible, US Eastern time, mornings and afternoons
Early-stage team, so you'll have real input on the pitch and process
