Quality Assurance (QA) Intern

About the Role:
We are building a powerful e-commerce platform designed to compete directly with Shopify, equipped with cutting-edge AI features. We are looking for a meticulous and driven Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to own the quality of our product, ensuring a seamless, bug-free, and highly responsive experience for our merchants and their customers.

As an early team member, you won't just be finding bugs—you will be shaping the product. You will help build out our internal analytical tools, monitor the health of our APIs, and ensure our UI looks stunning across every device and theme.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Core QA & AI Testing: Perform comprehensive manual and automated quality assurance across our core software product, with a special focus on testing and validating our new AI-driven features.
• API Health & Automation: Help build and maintain an internal analytical tool to monitor the real-time health status of our app APIs. Alternatively, architect and maintain a suite of automated Postman tests that run daily to ensure system stability.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Keep a pulse on the e-commerce landscape. Regularly evaluate competitor offerings (like Shopify) to identify gaps, propose improvements, and help us maintain a competitive edge.
• UI/UX Validation: Rigorously test the user interface across multiple variables. Ensure perfect rendering and responsiveness across Light Mode, Dark Mode, mobile screens, tablets, and various desktop browsers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience testing APIs (Postman, REST APIs).
• A keen eye for UI/UX detail and cross-device responsiveness.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to benchmark product features against industry leaders.
• Familiarity with testing AI functionalities or e-commerce platforms is a huge plus!
