iOS & Android Developer (React Native)

Join the Playbook team as an iOS & Android Developer with React Native expertise and help us craft an exceptional user experience for our sports and academic communities. You’ll own the development of our core mobile applications, drive integrations with third-party tools, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing to deliver scalable technical solutions that fuel our growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch our iOS & Android apps from day one.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features.
• Work within a GitHub-based rapid deployment environment.
• Partner with design and engineering to refine and perfect the product experience.
• Own projects end-to-end, from design through implementation and deployment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Required:
• Mastery of React Native
• Strong experience working with REST APIs
• Solid engineering fundamentals and computer science background
• Strong understanding of database schemas and queries
• Proven ability to build delightful, high-quality user experiences while balancing speed and iteration
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, and design teams
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with Python
• Strong business instincts and product fundamentals
