  • Review engineering and design work completed by others for accuracy, quality, constructability, and compliance.
  • Coordinate mechanical requirements and deliverables with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
  • Ensure project work satisfies applicable safety, code, design, and customer requirements.
  • Present designs and supporting documentation to Authorities Having Jurisdiction for plan review and approval.
  • Support project delivery to meet established schedule and budget expectations.
  • Participate in field activities, including site assessments and access by ladder when required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Valid Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing highly technical HVAC mechanical design projects and mechanical systems studies.
  • Thorough knowledge of ASHRAE, MEP, and NFPA standards.
  • Strong expertise in hydronic and refrigeration systems for comfort cooling, including HVAC, process cooling, boilers, and heat exchangers.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound technical judgment, and contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong leadership, professionalism, organization, and work ethic.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% and climb ladders during site work.

What You’ll Get From Us

  • Annual salary: $110,695 – $164,955 (based on education and experience)
  • Annual performance-based bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with 3.5% company match
