Junior Growth Marketer/Coordinator

We’re Round 3, a little brand design and growth agency entering a growth chapter of our own. We’re looking for someone early in their career who is passionate about growth, marketing, and figuring out what actually works.

You'll help create our own lean digital marketing and growth plan, come up with organic strategies that actually work, help keep things organised and flowing, and more. Some of the areas we'll be working on, first internally, then for clients, will include:

• Paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
• Creating offers, and building assets around them
• Email marketing
• Copywriting, content and search
• HighLevel automation and marketing
• Lead generation and business development
• Analytics, testing and optimization
• AI, automation and new tools that help us move faster

The goal is to create real, measurable growth for our own business first. Try, measure and learn, quickly. Then, as we hone our approach, help us bring those capabilities to our clients.

Years of experience not necessarily required. Some hands-on experience is great, but drive, initiative, judgement and a passion for this work matter more. So does a solid sense of design and a reasonably similar way of seeing the world. You should already be learning, experimenting, playing with tools, noticing great campaigns, and wanting to understand why some things work and others don’t.

You’ll work closely with the owner and small team, with room to experiment, bring ideas forward and increasingly own what we’re building.
