About the job

*You seek clarity, and when you don’t see it, you create it.
*

Loose ends irk you. You like when work moves cleanly, people know what’s next, and the systems around the work actually help instead of getting in the way. You get some satisfaction from a project with momentum, a tidy task list, a useful CRM, and a day where things genuinely moved forward.

That’s the kind of person we’re looking for.

Someone to help keep the work organized, get us unstuck when we’re getting in our own way, mostly the owner, who is honestly our biggest bottleneck, and keep things moving across projects, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, planning, brainstorming, follow-up, internal systems and all the little bits of friction that show up in a small creative company.

You should be highly organized, exceptionally strong in English, good at cutting through the noise and seeing what matters, and comfortable speaking up when you see a better way to do something. We want someone who likes improving flow, brings a positive “let’s figure out a way” attitude, enjoys tightening systems, and gets some satisfaction from turning ideas into something useful.

Experience with project coordination, ClickUp, CRM, GoHighLevel, customer service or automations is useful, but the bigger thing is how you see the world, how you operate, and the standard you expect from yourself and the things around you.

You notice the little things. You care about them. You like leaving things better than you found them, whether that’s people, nervous systems, projects, ideas or spaces.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear about some times you’ve improved things, and what you’re hoping to create in your next chapter. Tell us what you’re looking for from your work right now: part time, full time, ongoing, flexible, something else entirely.

Thank you. We’re looking forward to meeting some interesting people and seeing what might be possible.
