Job Role Summary
VCC Interns are accountable for supporting various teams/departments within the company. Our interns assume a wide variety of responsibilities during their time with VCC.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support the Project Management team with contacting and coordinating bid invites, pricing and solving problems for subcontractors, estimating: takeoffs, and proposal analysis.
- Support the Project Engineering team with preparation and distribution of closeout documents, reaching out to sub-contractor for submittals, and collecting closeout submittals.
- May support other departments within the company.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
