About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager / Generalist to join a fast-growing technology-focused D2C brand in India.
This is a highly ownership-driven role where you’ll work across different areas of the business and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
We’re not looking for a specific degree or years of experience. Experience is not mandatory. We’re looking for someone who is mature, proactive, hungry to learn, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Willing to work from office in Surat or Mumbai
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Fast learner who is comfortable figuring things out independently
- Mature, reliable, and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- College or degree is not a deciding factor
Nice to Have
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, operations, logistics, or Meta Ads would be a plus.
A genuine interest in technology, gaming, computer hardware, or peripherals is also a strong plus.
