About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills, to join our Data to Intelligence team. This role is at the intersection of business, technology, and customer engagement — translating complex problem statements into Data/AI-driven solutions, conducting data analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Requirement Analysis
Engage with clients to understand business challenges, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
Document and validate requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Define success metrics and measurable business impact.

Solution Design:

Translate business problems into AI-driven solution designs.
Partner with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and scalability, Build & Deploy the solutions and monitor the outcomes produced
Map customer data sources to reporting and BI requirements, designing data models, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Presales Solutioning:

Collaborate with sales and solution architects for proposals.
Develop proof-of-concepts, demos, and solution narratives tailored to client needs.
Support RFP/RFI responses with business requirement insights and solution frameworks.

Data Analysis & Experimentation:

Perform hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical analyses to validate solution effectiveness.
Interpret data trends to provide actionable insights for clients.
Recommend optimizations based on experimental results and business KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Present solution designs, reporting frameworks, and analytical findings to leadership and clients.

Documentation & Delivery:

Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, solution blueprints, and reporting requirement documents.
Support testing, validation, and deployment phases to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed B-School, with specialization in Business Analytics, Strategy, or Technology Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to AI/BI concepts.
Familiarity with statistical methods (hypothesis testing, A/B testing) and data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting frameworks.
Ability to understand a business domain quickly and able to drive solutions
Prior experience in consulting, presales, or technology-driven projects is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Analytical Tools: SQL, Excel, Python/R (for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing).
BI & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for dashboards and reporting.
AI/ML Awareness: Understanding of AI concepts, model outputs, and business applications.
Business Skills: Requirement gathering, solution design, presales support, and client engagement.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
