About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to lead a team within our central analytics function and solve high-impact business problems across marketing, sales, and growth.
This is a highly hands-on analytics leadership role. You’ll use SQL, Python, ML modelling, experimentation, attribution, and statistical analysis to understand how marketing performance impacts lead quality, sales conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue.
The key question you’ll help the business answer is:
When sales dip, is the problem with lead quality, marketing performance, or sales follow-up?
You’ll dive into the data, identify root causes, and translate your findings into decisions that improve marketing efficiency and business growth.
What You'll Do
Lead marketing analytics across acquisition, lead quality, conversion, and revenue
Analyze lead quality and conversion across marketing channels
Evaluate marketing attribution and channel performance
Analyze the complete Lead → Sales → Enrollment funnel
Measure marketing spend and customer acquisition economics
Track and optimize CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel efficiency
Build and improve lead scoring, routing, and conversion models
Develop ML models using techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, and propensity modelling
Apply ML to areas such as lead quality prediction, churn risk, and customer segmentation
Analyze the impact of new product and marketing launches on acquisition and conversion
Design and analyze experiments to measure business impact
Apply incrementality, causal analysis, and statistical modelling
Identify trends and root causes rather than simply reporting metrics
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and leadership to influence business decisions
Lead and mentor a team of analysts while remaining deeply hands-on
What We're Looking For-
6–10 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
1–2 years of team leadership experience, or strong experience as a Senior Individual Contributor
Strong experience in B2C analytics
Experience in businesses where marketing generates leads and a human sales team converts them
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python
Hands-on experience building ML models in a marketing, growth, or business context
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, lead quality, conversion, and marketing economics
Experience with marketing attribution, experimentation, incrementality, causal analysis, or statistical modelling is a strong advantage
Proven ability to turn analysis into decisions around marketing spend, lead routing, lead scoring, acquisition, or sales performance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your analytics workflow
Currently based in Bengaluru and comfortable working 5 days from our Electronic City office
Preferred Background
Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, Lending, Broking, or other lead-generation/B2C businesses is highly preferred.
This role is not dashboard or reporting-heavy.
Approximately 70–75% of your time will be hands-on SQL, Python, ML modelling, data analysis, and problem solving.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys going deep into data to answer:
What happened?
Why did it happen?
What caused it?
What should the business do differently?
What Success Looks Like
You’ll connect the complete business funnel:
Marketing Spend → Lead Quality → Sales Follow-up → Conversion → Revenue
Your analysis and ML models should help the business make better decisions about where to spend, which leads to prioritize, how to improve conversion, and how to grow efficiently.
