- FP&A: Budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, 13-week cash forecasting, and location-level performance reporting.
- Acquisition Support: Financial diligence, deal modeling, QofE support, and Day 1–90 financial integration.
- Banking & Debt: Banking administration, debt draws, covenant tracking, lender reporting, and treasury.
- IT: Computers, employee setup/access, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with outside IT.
- Existing Tech Vendors: Manage software relationships, contracts, renewals, utilization, and implementations.
- Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate pricing and contracts, consolidate vendors, and identify cost savings.
- Facilities: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, facilities vendors, and an on-demand vendor network.
- New Vendors: Research, evaluate, negotiate, and implement new products and services.
- Leadership Reporting: Support KPI reporting, board materials, and other CEO-led projects.
Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth operating company.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable working with P&Ls, budgets, cash flow, and financial statements.
- Highly organized and willing to own both analytical work and operational details.
- Experience with multi-location healthcare, dental, M&A, or PE-backed businesses is a plus.
- Technology and AI fluent; constantly looks for ways to automate work.
- High ownership mentality — willing to figure things out rather than wait for instructions.
- LA-based; no visa sponsorship.
