About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated, English-speaking AI-native Static Ad Designer with experience in designing static ads for performance marketing campaigns to join our team full-time (in San Francisco or Berlin on-site, hybrid or remote). In this role, you will work with our self-developed AI static ad engine to create and deliver static ads for the paid social campaigns of our clients. Your creatives will reach millions of people across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• AI Static Ad Design: You use our powerful, self-developed AI static ad engine to create and design beautiful static ads that will be seen by millions of people. You are in charge, the AI helps you fulfill your mission.
• Creative Testing: You develop new angles, hooks and visual concepts, test them in live campaigns and double down on what performs.
• Team Collaboration: Work with an ambitious team of marketing managers and creative designers to ensure projects are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Shape the AI engine: Give feedback to our product and engineering team and shape how our static ad engine will evolve and improve over time.

Requirements

• Passion for designing ads, you love design and creative work
• Years of experience in designing static ads
• Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant
• Curious and excited about AI rather than afraid of it
• Fluent English
