About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Transcriptionist for our Pune office. Your main job will be to listen to audio recordings (insurance claims, interviews, and notes) from US/Canada clients and accurately type them out into clear English reports.

Quick Job Details:
• Work Type: 100% In-Office (Pune, Maharashtra)
• Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
• Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM OR 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Rotational Night Shifts)
• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in the transcription industry
• Joining: Immediate (Max 7-15 days notice period)

What You Will Do Every Day (Responsibilities):
• Listen to audio clips from insurance adjusters and type them into written documents.
• Proofread text to ensure correct English grammar, spelling, and formatting.
• Maintain a high speed and accuracy rate to meet daily targets.
• Handle all sensitive data and client information with strict confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM (Words Per Minute) with high accuracy.
• 1-3 years of experience in audio transcription (Insurance or Legal transcription experience is a big plus).
• Excellent English listening and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory).
• Must be comfortable with late evening and night shifts.
