Job Title: SDE II - Full Stack Developer
Location: Bangalore(Onsite)
Experience Level: 2-4.
Salary Range: ₹8–12 LPA

Description:
We’re looking for an SDE II-Full Stack Developer to join a core engineering team and take ownership of products end-to-end. You’ll work closely with operations and business teams to understand real-world problems, design solutions, build and deploy them, and continuously improve them based on user feedback.

This role is suited for someone who wants to contribute beyond just technical implementation and be involved in product and engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build web applications using React.
• Design and develop backend services using Node.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL.
• Work directly with users and operations teams to understand requirements and challenges.
• Contribute to product decisions and shape what gets built and why.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Maintain, simplify and improve existing systems.
• Deploy and iterate on production features frequently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience with React and/or Next.js
• Strong experience with Node.js and relational (SQL) databases
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Interest in understanding the business and operational context behind technical work
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Willingness to engage directly with users and business teams
• Track record of shipping and iterating on production software
