Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud)

Position Overview

Build and enhance enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions supporting a large-scale contact center environment. This role focuses on Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning development, integrations, and technical ownership across the full Salesforce development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop customizable Salesforce solutions based on CRM requirements.
• Gather technical requirements with business stakeholders, customers, and end users.
• Lead technical implementation across Salesforce release cycles and deployments.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and declarative Salesforce tools.
• Build integrations with cloud and on-premises applications using REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.
• Support data migration, system integrations, AppExchange products, and custom development.
• Manage SFDX development, branch management, code merging, and CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and contribute to development standards and technical documentation.
• Identify technical risks, support change management processes, and assist with knowledge transfer to maintenance teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Development Lifecycle and SFDX.
• 4+ years developing with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Digital Experience Sites) experience.
• Strong experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Experience migrating Legacy Visualforce Portals to Digital Experience Sites.
• 5+ years of GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent scheduling product experience.
• 5+ years of Conga Composer experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning development using LWC.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Health Cloud.
• Experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience using Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD and release management tools.
• Exposure to data migration and cloud integration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Familiarity with government compliance or FedRAMP-compliant environments.
