Sales Consultant

Nexa Consultancy is hiring a hardcore, target-driven Sales Representative for our immigration services team. You will NOT be cold-prospecting. Qualified leads are provided by the company every day. You run live Google Meet calls with clients: camera ON, screen shared, presenting the product, explaining it and closing the sale on the call.

WHAT YOU GET
Fixed salary of Rs. 35,000 per month from day one. Rs. 2,000 commission on every single sale, uncapped. Bonuses on top of commission every month you hit target. EARNING EXAMPLE
Hit the starting target of 10 sales in a month: Rs. 35,000 fixed plus Rs. 20,000 commission plus bonus equals Rs. 55,000+ per month. Top performers doing 20+ sales take home Rs. 75,000+.

TARGETS
Starting monthly target is 10 sales. Targets increase as you ramp, with commission and bonus scaling with them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Run live Google Meet calls with clients: camera on, screen shared, presenting and closing. Call and follow up with warm company-provided leads by phone, WhatsApp and email. Explain our immigration service packages clearly and confidently. Handle objections, build trust and close deals. Maintain accurate follow-up records in the CRM. Hit and beat monthly sales targets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience. Immigration, visa, study-abroad or overseas-consulting sales is a big plus. Aggressive, self-motivated closer who is hungry for commission. Excellent spoken English and Hindi, confident on camera and on calls. Comfortable with high call volumes and daily follow-ups.

SETUP YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE (MANDATORY)
A good laptop. A quality headset with mic. High-speed internet. A clean, professional background for video calls. Willingness to keep your camera on with clients. This is a video sales role, not a phone-only role.
