Job Description

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for candidates with a strong academic foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 0–3 years of experience, including fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and model development.
Build and maintain ML/AI pipelines and data-processing workflows.
Apply Python and machine learning frameworks to solve real-world problems.
Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams.
Research and implement relevant AI/ML techniques and emerging technologies.
Assist with deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production environments.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
0–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data science, or a related area.
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model development.
Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
Experience with SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, or MLOps.
Academic or personal AI/ML projects, research, GitHub, portfolio, or internship experience.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
Work Authorization

Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States, including candidates working under applicable F-1 OPT/STEM OPT or H-1B authorization, subject to the employer's sponsorship and employment requirements.

Compensation

$115,000–$200,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, technical skills, and other applicable factors.
