About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our growing technology team in Toronto. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about building software, solving technical problems, and working with modern technologies.

You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable and scalable applications.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Build and integrate APIs and backend services.
Work on frontend, backend, or full-stack development based on your expertise.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams.
Learn and work with new technologies and development tools.

Required Skills

Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, C#, or similar languages.
Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and Object-Oriented Programming.
Knowledge of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with REST APIs and Git/GitHub.
Understanding of software development and testing practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, or Spring Boot.
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Docker and CI/CD.
Microservices and system design.
Agile/Scrum experience.
