About the Role

As a Clinical Recruiting Associate at Pomelo Care, you will serve as a key driver of top-of-funnel provider acquisition. You will focus on high-volume talent sourcing and pipeline development for specialized clinicians within our Midlife Program, including Mental Health Specialists, Menopause Providers, and Registered Dietitians. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for swiftly evaluating and hiring high-caliber clinical candidates to keep pace with our expanding care needs.

This position requires an organized self-starter who embraces a hands-on, "no task too small" mindset. Ideal candidates will excel at steering fast-moving recruitment cycles and managing high-volume applicant pipelines.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for prospective providers, building deep knowledge of Pomelo Care’s clinical model and value proposition to effectively vet and engage Registered Dietitians, Menopause Providers, and Mental Health Specialists.
• Drive applicant engagement and funnel velocity through proactive, high-volume outreach and prompt follow-ups that increase offer acceptance and decrease time-to-hire.
• Lead outbound sourcing and recruiting initiatives for priority provider roles using targeted outreach via email, phone, and sourcing platforms.
• Manage high-volume recruiting inboxes and channels, providing clear, timely, and professional answers to complex candidate questions.
• Track and analyze key funnel metrics to optimize conversion rates, identify operational bottlenecks, and inform overall provider acquisition strategy.
• Proactively identify process improvements to scale our provider recruitment engine, continuously elevating both pipeline quality and overall efficiency.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience with high volume recruiting in healthcare, telehealth, or clinical recruiting
• Experience with hiring 1099 contractors
• Proven experience driving high-volume sourcing efforts using tools like Indeed, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative platforms to rapidly build strong candidate pipelines.
• Hyper-organized with a proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines, juggle multi-channel communications, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of efficiently vetting and engaging prospective clinicians.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable as business needs evolve.
• Resourceful and fast at picking up new tools, detailed workflows, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby).

Compensation:

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $80,000-$90,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
