• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls to facilitate lifestyle change and enhance patients’ wellbeing

• Assessment of urgent pediatric concerns and proactively triaging patients to support appropriate utilization of Pomelo Care and/or emergency services. Triages may be conducted in multiple modalities including chat/SMS-based, telephone, and video visits.

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Assess symptoms, develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx, when clinically appropriate and legally permitted

Own the content strategy, agenda, and speaker prep for all-company forums, including our biweekly org-wide All Hands, quarterly OKR updates, annual company offsites, and other ad hoc forums; ensure content is clear, digestible and impactful
Partner with executive leadership, as well as external PR, to support any meaningful company-wide change management needs, ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging
Establish a framework to define an appropriate level of communication plan or intervention based on factors such as scale, complexity and sensitivity of the change
