HR Recruiter Intern

Scaalable is looking for a proactive, communication-driven HR & Recruiter to join our growing team. We are specifically looking for freshers and students who are currently pursuing their college/degree program and are interested in building practical experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
The role involves candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial HR screening calls, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, recruitment coordination, maintaining hiring records, and supporting onboarding activities. The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while working in a technology startup environment.

Eligibility:
• Only freshers preferred.
• Currently pursuing college/degree students are encouraged to apply.
• Students from HR, BBA, Psychology or related backgrounds preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn and participate.
• Prior experience is not required.
