We’re looking for experienced Cyber Security Engineers to contribute technical expertise to a customer project focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.
In this role, you’ll use your real-world cybersecurity and software engineering experience to create, analyze, debug, and evaluate challenging technical scenarios. Your expertise will help AI models better understand secure software development, vulnerability analysis, debugging, and real-world engineering practices.
No prior AI experience is required — your cybersecurity and software engineering expertise is what matters.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and security vulnerabilities across diverse codebases.
- Implement new features and improvements using languages such as Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct codebase reviews, security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
- Identify security risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to backend development and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Analyze real-world software and security scenarios and provide technically accurate solutions.
- Document technical findings, vulnerabilities, remediation approaches, and engineering decisions.
- Provide domain expertise and feedback that helps improve AI training datasets and model performance.

- Strong professional experience in cybersecurity, application security, software security, or security engineering.
Proficiency in one or more of:
- Python 3
- Java
- Rust
- Go
- C++
- TypeScript
Proven experience debugging complex software systems and resolving bugs.
Strong knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, security auditing, and secure coding practices.
Experience with backend development and working with complex codebases.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, code refactoring, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and modern application security practices.
Ability to analyze technical problems independently and explain findings clearly.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects is a plus, but not required.
