Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Bengaluru, on-site across Tansi Honda branches

Role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will own hiring for Tansi Honda end to end. This is a dedicated hiring role. It does not cover payroll, attendance or HR administration.

The person will fill every open requirement across sales, service, spare parts and branch operations, from sourcing and screening through to joining.

Key responsibilities

Hiring for open requirements

• Take each new requirement from the department head, confirm the role, profile, salary band and joining timeline, and turn it into a clear job description.
• Post and manage openings on job portals, social media, referral networks and other relevant channels.
• Screen every applicant against the agreed criteria and keep a written reason for each shortlist and rejection.
• Schedule interviews with the hiring panel, share the job description and candidate brief in advance, and keep candidates informed at every step.
• Close offers within the approved salary band and track each selected candidate through to joining.

Process, records and reporting

• Maintain one accurate record of every candidate, source, stage and outcome.
• Report weekly on open positions, candidates at each stage, time to hire, source effectiveness and offer-to-joining rate.
• Track early attrition among new joiners and use the findings to improve how roles are sourced and screened.
• Keep candidate information confidential and use it only for recruitment.

Candidate experience and employer brand

• Make sure every candidate gets a timely, clear and professional response, including those not selected.
• Represent Tansi Honda as a good place to build a career, on portals, social media and at campus and referral events.
• Coordinate first-day onboarding with the hiring department so new joiners start well.

Candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally volume hiring for automobile, retail or other customer-facing businesses.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closure.
• A strong sourcing network across sales, service and frontline roles, or the ability to build one quickly.
• Organised and disciplined with records and follow-up; comfortable working from data.
• Clear, confident communicator with candidates and department heads.
• Graduate degree required. A qualification in HR or management is an advantage.
• Kannada and English required; Hindi is an advantage.

• Open positions are filled within agreed timelines, with people who stay and perform.
• Department heads get fewer, better-matched profiles and spend less time on hiring.
• Every candidate has a clear status, and no one is left without a response.

Compensation

Rs 4-4.8 lakh CTC per year, based on experience and candidate quality.
