Role Description The Head of Sales is a part-time (cofounder), remote role responsible for defining and driving Oryne’s go-to-market and revenue strategy. This role includes building and managing the sales pipeline, identifying target segments, and developing outreach and conversion processes for individual users and potential enterprise customers.

• The Head of Sales will oversee account management activities, nurture key relationships, and collaborate with product and marketing to align messaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing sales performance, optimizing sales operations, mentoring a growing sales team or contractors, and representing Oryne in customer conversations, demos, and negotiations.
• The role requires comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment and the ability to work independently across time zones.Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience owning targets and building scalable sales processes.
• Account Management skills to nurture relationships, manage renewals, and expand usage within existing customers.
• Proven experience in SaaS, AI, or productivity tools, ideally in early-stage or growth-stage companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with users and buyers, run demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienc
