About BedzAI**

BedzAI is an AI-powered PropTech startup transforming how people discover rooms, bedspaces, and shared accommodation across the UAE. We're building intelligent search, AI recommendations, and a seamless rental experience for tenants, agents, and property owners.

We're looking for a passionate Business Development Co-Founder to help scale BedzAI into the leading shared accommodation platform in the region.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic partnerships
Drive customer acquisition
Build relationships with property owners and agencies
Support fundraising activities
Develop sales strategies
Expand across the UAE
Help shape company strategy

Requirements

Startup mindset
Business development experience
Strong communication skills
Experience in SaaS or PropTech is a plus
Self-driven and entrepreneurial
Based in UAE is preferred but not required
