Senior Mobile Tech Lead – Android & iOS

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Mobile Tech Lead to take ownership of the development, stabilization, testing, and production release of mobile applications across Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on development experience and a proven track record of successfully publishing and maintaining production applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The candidate will work closely with developers, designers, QA, and management to ensure stable, scalable, and high-quality application releases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead mobile application development for Android and iOS.
2. Take complete responsibilities of production releases.
3. Manage Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
4. Prepare and publish production builds.
5. Resolve App Store and Play Store review/rejection issues.
6. Handle certificates, provisioning profiles, signing keys, and release configurations.
7. Review and improve existing mobile application architecture.
8. Identify and resolve crashes, performance issues, and production bugs.
9. Integrate applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
10. Implement and troubleshoot OTP, push notifications, authentication, payments, and communication APIs.
11. Manage application versioning and release cycles.
12. Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
13. Coordinate with QA before every production release.
14. Monitor application crashes, logs, and production performance.
15. Guide junior and mid-level developers when required.

Work closely with backend and DevOps teams on production issues.

Required Skills

1. 5+ years of mobile application development experience.
2. Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
3. Strong understanding of native Android and iOS environments.
4. Experience with Android Studio and Xcode.
5. Strong REST API and backend integration experience.
6. Firebase, FCM, analytics, crash reporting, and push notification experience.
7. Strong knowledge of authentication and OTP workflows.
8. Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party APIs.
9. Git and version-control expertise.
10. Strong understanding of application security and secure API communication.
11. Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
12. Good understanding of database and backend architecture.
13. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
