Civil Engineer Project Manager – Chicago, IL

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to join a growing transportation engineering firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PE with strong highway/roadway project experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roadway and construction management projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project teams, schedules, budgets, and client coordination.
• Manage relationships with IDOT, Illinois Tollway, CDOT, municipalities, and other agencies.
• Support business development, proposals, and client growth.
• Mentor engineers, inspectors, and project staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Current Illinois PE License required.
• 10+ years of highway/roadway experience.
• Construction management experience.
• Knowledge of IDOT, CDOT, Illinois Tollway, or similar agencies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
