Junior Growth Coordinator

You like making things happen, and making things work better. You notice loose ends, opportunities and friction, and you're comfortable jumping in and figuring things out.

We're looking for someone to join our small, remote creative agency and work closely with the owner and team across three main areas: flow, coordination and growth.

As this is a new role with a fresh focus, fit will be the biggest factor. You'll help keep work organized, get us unstuck when we’re getting in our own way, (mostly the founder, who is honestly our biggest bottleneck!), and keep things moving across projects using tools like ClickUp, GoHighLevel and Drive.

You love planning, brainstorming, follow-up, internal systems and all the little bits of friction that show up in a small creative company.

You are organized, exceptionally strong in English, good at cutting through the noise and seeing what matters, and comfortable speaking up when you see a better way to do something. You see the glas half full, and love to find a way through when encountered with a block.

We want someone who likes improving flow, enjoys tightening systems, and gets satisfaction from turning ideas into something useful.

Experience with project coordination, ClickUp, CRM, GoHighLevel, customer service or growth automations is all useful, but the bigger thing is how you see the world, how you operate, and the standard you expect from yourself and the things around you, so please share some of these areas with us when you reach out!
