About XCut AI

XCut AI is a seed-funded AI workspace that finds what's already going viral in any niche and generates platform-native content from those patterns — scripts, carousels, thumbnails and ad creatives, in your own voice. We work with creators, performance-creative agencies and brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta.

We're looking for a creator who lives inside the AI tools space and knows how to turn that into content people actually watch.

What You'll Do

Create and publish short-form video across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts for XCut's own channels
Produce UGC at scale using AI-assisted workflows — not one video a week, but a repeatable content engine
Build content around AI tools, automation, content creation workflows and the creator economy
Show XCut in action — real outputs, real results, real workflows — in formats that feel native to each platform
Test hooks, formats and angles, track what performs, and double down on what works
Grow followers, engagement and qualified traffic to the product
Work with our growth team on campaigns, launches and UGC distribution

Who You Are

You've grown an audience — yours or someone else's — with measurable results in followers, engagement or views
Your niche is AI tools, tech, automation, productivity, marketing or the creator economy
You've produced UGC or short-form video at volume, not just occasionally
You understand how the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube algorithms reward different formats
You're fluent in AI tooling and use it daily in your own workflow

Tools You Should Know

AI video and avatars: HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, CapCut AI
AI writing and reasoning: ChatGPT, Claude
Automation: Claude Code, Make, n8n or Zapier
Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

You don't need all of them. You do need to show us how you use AI to produce more, faster, without the output looking like AI slop.

Compensation

₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month, based on experience
Equity earned against measurable impact on audience growth and product signups, subject to Board approval
