We build autonomous AI agents that plug into official WhatsApp Business accounts to parse customer orders, answer queries, schedule appointments, and coordinate deliveries—all synchronized in real time to our native Android mobile dashboard.

We are looking for an analytical, curious Data Analyst (0-2 Years Exp) - SQL, Python & Business Intelligence to help us turn high-volume conversational order logs, merchant interactions, and operational metrics into actionable business intelligence.

What You Will Work On

• Operational & Conversational Analytics: Analyze high-volume WhatsApp business message logs, AI agent response accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and merchant activity funnels.
• Business Intelligence Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated real-time dashboards using tools like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• SQL & Data Pipelines: Write performant SQL queries, data transformations, and aggregations across our operational data stores (PostgreSQL, Firebase Firestore, BigQuery).
• Cohort & Retention Analysis: Perform cohort analysis, churn prediction, and customer journey mapping to understand merchant growth and end-customer ordering behavior.
• Product & Founder Collaboration: Partner directly with the founding and engineering teams to define experiment metrics, conduct A/B test analyses, and guide data-backed product roadmap decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong SQL Foundations: High proficiency in writing complex SQL queries involving multi-table joins, subqueries, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions.
• Python for Data Analysis: Hands-on experience using Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and automated reporting.
• Dashboard & Visualization Skills: Ability to build clear, intuitive visual dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Google Looker Studio).
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Solid grasp of descriptive statistics, metric definitions, and the ability to spot anomalies or trends in raw data.
• Spreadsheets Mastery: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for quick financial, operational, and data modeling.
• Proof of Work: Real analytical case studies, active GitHub repository, Kaggle projects, or live dashboard links. We value tangible analytical proof of work over college pedigree.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)

• Familiarity with conversational AI analytics, NLP intent classification metrics, or chatbot performance tracking.
• Experience querying NoSQL / Document databases like Firebase Firestore or MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts (BigQuery, Snowflake) or automated ETL scripts.
