Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to monetize our extensive small business network by securing brand partnerships and advertising placements across our high-traffic digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and secure advertising sponsors.
• Pitching & Solution Selling: Present and pitch customized advertising packages across UENI’s digital ecosystem (newsletters, platform dashboard, and transactional emails) tailored to sponsor goals.
• Pipeline Management: Own the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals by securing strategic advertising partners.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

• Monthly Target: Close at least 1 deal per month generating a minimum guaranteed revenue of $5,000.

Requirements

• Outbound Sales Track Record: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, media/advertising sales, or business development.
• Strong Closing Skills: Exceptional pitching, communication, and negotiation skills with a history of hitting revenue quotas.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: Highly disciplined, comfortable working in a remote setup, and driven by financial success and uncapped targets.
• Professional Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with brand decision-makers.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $8.00 USD / hour.
• Uncapped Commission: 15% commission on all deal revenue closed.
• Flexible Working Environment: Fully remote position with room to take full ownership of your pipeline.
