As a Senior Email Marketing & Analytics specialist, you’ll own the email channel for a US tax technology company: from campaign planning and audience selection through deployment, analysis and optimization.

This is more than campaign execution. You’ll investigate performance changes, connect email to conversion, retention and revenue, and find opportunities in customer data, working independently with marketing, data, product, design and technical teams. 100% remote from Latin America, full-time contracting.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end campaign execution: audience selection, setup, scheduling, testing, deployment, QA and post-send analysis.
Build and refine segments from behavioral, lifecycle, engagement and demographic data.
Build, troubleshoot and optimize automated journeys: triggers, eligibility, timing, suppression and exit criteria.
Analyze delivery, engagement, conversion, retention and revenue metrics, explain why performance changed and recommend actions.
Protect deliverability: sender and domain reputation, IP health, authentication, inbox placement, bounces and list hygiene.
Write and optimize subject lines, preheaders, CTAs, copy, layouts and campaign graphics.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and apply the findings.
Build reporting that ties email activity to customer behavior and revenue.

What you’ll bring

5+ years in email marketing, campaign execution, analytics and automation.
Hands-on experience with email platforms (ActiveCampaign, SendGrid or similar), segmentation, automated journeys and high-volume sends.
Strong deliverability knowledge: authentication, reputation, bounce management, suppression and list hygiene.
Strong analytics: conversion tracking, retention, revenue attribution, Google Analytics.
A/B testing across content, timing, segmentation, cadence or subject lines.
Strong email copywriting.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools for campaign work and analysis.
C1 English or higher.
