We’re now looking for a Mid-Level SEO Analyst who can support and execute SEO strategies for B2B websites, with a strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, reporting, and the growing impact of AI search and LLMs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn SEO strategy into real implementation, track performance, and help improve organic visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute SEO strategies across multiple B2B/B2C websites
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and content gap research
• Optimize website pages for rankings, conversions, internal linking, metadata, structure, and topical relevance
• Support SEO content planning, including briefs, outlines, article optimization, and content QA
• Review and improve technical SEO elements, including indexation, crawlability, site structure, schema markup, redirects, canonicals, and Core Web Vitals
• Monitor performance in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and visibility trends across priority keywords and pages
• Support AEO and AI search optimization for platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other LLM-driven search experiences
• Help improve brand/entity visibility across search engines and AI platforms
• Prepare SEO reports with clear insights, completed work, opportunities, and next steps
• Collaborate with other teams to align SEO work with business goals
• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search changes, technical SEO best practices, and B2B content trends

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B, lead generation, SaaS, or agency environment
• Strong hands-on experience with on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and SEO reporting
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI search, AEO, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and how AI platforms discover and surface brands
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Able to identify SEO issues, prioritize opportunities, and explain recommendations clearly
• Strong understanding of search intent, content structure, internal linking, schema markup, and topical authority
• Comfortable working with multiple clients, deadlines, and SEO roadmaps
• Strong writing and editing skills for SEO recommendations, content briefs, metadata, and reporting
• C1 English level or above is required and will be tested
• Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and manage recurring SEO tasks with ownership
• Must overlap at least half of your workday with CST/EST
