Senior Jira/Atlassian Engineer

Niuro is hiring a Senior Jira/Atlassian Engineer for a fast-growing software company. You will build from scratch the Jira environment that runs go-to-market and product launches, plus the dashboards, SOPs and training that make it stick.

You will

• Architect the Jira environment for GTM and launch workflows: naming, fields and automation rules.
• Build Atlassian dashboards, gadgets and JQL filters for launch readiness and portfolio status.
• Write SOPs and project management guides.
• Train cross-functional teams and migrate active projects.
• Provide day-to-day program management: milestones, risks and stakeholders.

You bring

• 5+ years in Jira/Atlassian administration and architecture.
• Built Jira environments from scratch: workflows, fields, JQL and automation at scale.
• Executive-level dashboard development.
• Product launch management or PMO experience in a product company.
• Cross-functional GTM alignment with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• C1 English.

Nice to have: Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Align, Claude, Agile, PMP.

Contract: full-time, fully remote, monthly contract in USD.
