Junior Designer / Remote

You look at the world and see the art of it all. Proportion, rhythm, flow, tension and intention.

You notice when something is not quite right, and wonder why. The spacing is off. The type is trying too hard. The composition needs air. A brand is saying one thing with words, while the design is saying something else.

You notice mismatch and it irks you.

We're looking for a junior designer to join our team and help create operational flow on small to medium-sized projects of all kinds. Campaign assets, presentations, social, web graphics, print, identity extensions, and the odd little thing that suddenly matters a whole lot on a Thursday afternoon.

Most of the time, you’ll be working from an established direction. That means the work is partly execution and partly judgement. Understanding why something works. Knowing how far a system can stretch. Keeping the energy intact while making it useful in the real world. Other times, you'll be taking something and running with it.

We’re looking for someone early in their career, but already capable. Someone with taste, strong fundamentals, curiosity, care, and enough confidence to contribute without waiting to be told every move.

You should be comfortable in the usual tools, able to manage the details, and interested in getting better by doing real work with real stakes.

You should be ready to lean in and learn. With us, you'll be able to work on a wide range of projects, remotely and in real time. We use Drive as a live tool so we never lose work. We use ClickUp to keep flow organised and moving. You'll be part of a team and need to be open to jumping in.

Your portfolio and your eye and your attitude matter more than your resume.
