Founder's Office Associate

Read this first. This job has no fixed description and we are not going to invent one. You sit next to the founder and you get handed whatever needs doing. Some days that is a client report. Some days it is chasing an invoice, fixing a broken sheet or sitting on a call and making sure the follow ups happen.

The pay is 10,000 to 15,000. We are not hiding it. It is a first job, not a career move. What you get instead of money is range, and a year of it will teach you more than most three year jobs.

If you need a clear scope and a predictable week, do not apply. You will be unhappy by week three and so will we.

About us
Trelvo is an embedded sales execution and operations firm. We run go-to-market, outbound systems and pipeline operations for early-stage B2B companies across B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, AI, Digital Agencies, Gov-Tech, Sales Automation Tools, e-Procurement and FinOps solutions. Small team, fast pace, no layers between you and the work.

What you will actually do

Whatever the founder hands you that day, across clients and internal operations
Own the trackers, CRM sheets and reports the team and our clients run on
Put together client updates, decks and documents, and chase the inputs to finish them
Sit on calls, write the notes, make sure the follow ups actually close
Keep the SDR team's schedules, activity data and weekly numbers straight
Build and clean prospect lists, run research when delivery needs hands
Handle invoicing, onboarding paperwork, tool access and vendor coordination
Write down any process you do twice so nobody has to think about it again

Mandatory
Own laptop. Own phone. Stable internet. A quiet place to take calls. Comfortable in Google Sheets and Docs, you will live in them. Willing to work some overlap hours for international clients when required.
