This is not a salaried job or freelance development position.

We’re looking for experienced website developers, freelancers and web agency owners who already have an established client base and want to create an additional revenue stream from the relationships they’ve already built.

You already have the clients.

You already understand their businesses.

They already trust you with their website.

We provide additional tools and technology you can introduce to those clients - and when an opportunity turns into a sale, you earn a share of the deal.

The Opportunity

T3 Labs builds interactive website tools designed to help businesses turn their websites into something more useful than a digital brochure.

Our solutions can include:

• Instant quote and estimation tools
• Pricing calculators
• Measurement tools
• Product and material calculators
• Interactive customer tools
• Smart AI assistants trained around a business
• Custom website-based sales and lead-generation tools

Rather than finding completely new clients, the opportunity is to look at the businesses you already work with and identify where one of these tools could improve their website, customer experience or internal process.

For example, you may have previously built a website for a roofing company.

Instead of simply leaving that website as-is, you could go back to them and introduce a tool that allows customers to estimate the cost of a roof directly from their website.

Or perhaps you work with a supplier whose customers regularly call asking how much material they need.

We could build a calculator that handles that process automatically.

You identify the opportunity and introduce it to your client. T3 Labs handles the product and technical delivery.

You earn from the resulting sale.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is specifically suited to people who:

• Have several years of website development experience
• Already have an existing client base or strong professional network
• Have ongoing relationships with businesses whose websites they have built or managed
• Understand where their clients lose leads, waste time or have inefficient website processes
• Are comfortable introducing additional products or services to existing clients
• Want to add another revenue stream without having to build the underlying technology themselves

You could be:

• An independent website developer
• A freelance web designer/developer
• The owner of a web development agency
• A digital consultant
• Someone who has spent years building websites and has accumulated a substantial client network

What This Is NOT

This is not:

• A salaried role
• An hourly-paid development position
• A retainer arrangement
• A traditional employment opportunity
• A role where we provide you with a list of clients and ask you to cold call them

This is a commercial partnership opportunity.

The value you bring is your experience, your existing relationships and your understanding of the clients you've worked with.

The value we bring is additional technology that you can offer those clients without having to develop it yourself.

How It Works

You identify a client or contact who could benefit from one of our tools.

You introduce the opportunity.

Depending on how involved you want to be, you can either make the introduction and let our team take over, or remain involved throughout the sales process.

If the opportunity becomes a completed sale, you receive an agreed share of the revenue.

There are no required hours and no expectation that you stop doing your existing work.

This should sit alongside the business and client relationships you already have.
