Founding Growth Intern

LoreRoom is building a pseudonymous institutional intelligence platform — turning student and alumni experiences into structured, independent decision intelligence.

We’re looking for Founding Growth Interns to join our first growth cohort and help build LoreRoom’s initial acquisition engine.

You’ll own a portfolio of college communities, speak with students and alumni, run growth experiments, understand what drives participation, and help us move from manual outreach towards a repeatable and scalable growth engine.

What you’ll work on

• Own a portfolio of college communities and figure out how to grow contributor participation
• Run experiments across outreach, referrals, communities and other acquisition channels
• Speak with students and alumni to understand what makes people contribute — or drop off
• Track what works across messaging, channels and conversion, then iterate quickly
• Test ways to move from manual outreach towards repeatable and inbound growth
• Turn successful experiments into playbooks LoreRoom can scale

Who can apply

• Current students and recent graduates
• Able to commit 8–10 focused hours/week for 4 weeks
• Comfortable reaching out to and speaking with new people
• No specific degree or prior internship experience required

What you’ll get

• Own a real growth problem and leave with measurable outcomes across acquisition, conversion and participation
• Build an actual *0→1 growth playbook *across outreach, referrals, communities and experiments
• Work directly with the founding team on what gets tested, scaled or killed
• Strong performers may receive a personalised LOR and be considered for longer-term paid roles

We care more about resourcefulness, communication, judgement and ownership than prior experience or fixed working hours.
