About Collabase

Collabase is building a platform that makes it easier for brands and creators to discover, connect, and collaborate.

Brands can post campaigns and requirements, while creators can discover relevant opportunities and apply — bringing the collaboration process into one place.

We’re at the very early stage, and I’m looking for someone who wants to join me in turning this idea into a real product.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with me across the entire product:

Build and ship features end-to-end.
Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Turn ideas into working product features quickly.
Help decide what we should build and how we should build it.
Take ownership of features from idea → development → deployment.
Test the product with users and iterate based on feedback.
Help shape the technical architecture as Collabase grows.
Use AI tools and modern development workflows to move faster.
Tech Stack

Currently:

React / Next.js
Node.js / TypeScript
REST APIs
MongoDB / SQL
Git / GitHub
Vercel / Cloud platforms

You don't need to know everything. Strong fundamentals, ownership, and willingness to learn matter more than matching every technology.

Who I'm looking for
Comfortable with modern web development.
Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Has built real-world projects.
Comfortable with both frontend and backend.
Can work independently without needing every task predefined.
Thinks about the product, not just the code.
Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
Curious about startups, AI, and building products from scratch.
🕐 Part-time is absolutely okay

You don't need to leave your current job or commit full-time.

The idea is to start part-time, work together, understand how we collaborate, and gradually build Collabase.

What matters is consistent involvement and genuine ownership, not a fixed 9–5 schedule.

💰 Compensation

This is currently an unpaid, early-stage opportunity.

Collabase is being built at the bootstrapped/idea stage, so there is currently no salary.

The immediate goal is to find the right person to build with, validate the product, get it in front of users, and see where we can take it.

Any future compensation/equity arrangement can be discussed transparently as the product and team develop.
