Position Summary

The Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer will be responsible for leading and executing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes design, development, testing, deployment, and postimplementation enhancements for DOE applications built on .NET, SQL Server, and related technologies.

This role requires strong technical leadership, handson development expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement all phases of SDLC using Visual Studio .NET, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
• Analyze business requirements and propose UI designs in collaboration with BA and UX teams.
• Develop and maintain rolebased authentication systems using dynamic and historical data.
• Deploy applications across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and maintain documentation.
• Develop complex UIs using ASP.NET, Kendo/Telerik controls, and responsive design principles.
• Design and develop core applications supporting crossplatform projects.
• Create and optimize SQL Server tables, stored procedures, triggers, and data integrations.
• Build SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and Web Services.
• Utilize TFS for source control, reporting, project tracking, and collaboration.
• Code new .NET components to meet DOE requirements.

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years in software analysis, design, development, testing, and support for organizations with 100+ applications.
• 8+ years handson experience with: C#, VB.NET, MVC 4/5, .NET Core, Web API, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, .NET Framework.
• 8+ years using MS Visual Studio 2017/2019 and SQL Server 2014/2016 (design, optimization, maintenance).
• 8+ years performing unit and integration testing with documentation and bug tracking.
• 6+ years building SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
• Experience in education sector projects.
• Strong communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with VSS/TFS, responsive design, cloud development, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of design patterns, security best practices, and SOA/REST/AOP.
• Expertise in .NET, Web API, Azure, XML, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks, multithreading, serialization, ORM tools.
• Strong algorithms and data structures background.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced SQL Server design and programming skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript event handling and core Java concepts.
