About the Role
This role leads Mentora's Curriculum Design & Development function. The person owns the design, quality, and impact of Mentora's client programs. They translate client needs into program architectures grounded in Mentora's Inner Mastery, Outer Impact (IMOI) philosophy. They are the final quality checkpoint for everything the function delivers.
Seniority in this role means depth of ownership over programs, content, and learning measurement. The role carries a path to senior leadership of the function as Mentora grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Strategy & Design
Own the end-to-end design of client programs. Translate briefs and business objectives into program architectures aligned with the IMOI philosophy.
Set learning strategy, session arcs, and pedagogical sequencing for all programs. Protect depth and quality in every design.
Contribute to the evolution of Mentora's core frameworks (IMOI, 5 Energies). Final approval rests with the founder.
Prepare faculty to deliver specific programs.
Build playbooks and design documentation so the function's methods are recorded in its systems.
Guide and develop the curriculum team. Oversee the operational workstreams: asset production, digital content, and pre- and post-program content management.
Hold accountability for all curriculum workstreams. Sign off on quality before any program reaches delivery.
2. Client Consulting
Serve as Mentora's curriculum expert in client conversations, in partnership with Client Development, which owns client relationships.
Lead needs assessments and program reviews. Surface what clients actually need.
Build credibility with client L&D teams and senior stakeholders.
3. Learning Measurement & Improvement
Build and maintain analytics that evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
Use facilitator feedback, participant data, and client input to improve program quality.
Modularize and reuse curriculum assets across programs and clients.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
6–10+ years in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning and development, with direct ownership of program design for senior audiences.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven ability to translate business and client needs into learning strategy and program architecture.
Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills. Able to influence senior stakeholders.
Systems thinking. Recognizes patterns across data, content, and client needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong personal accountability and independent judgment.
