- NICE CXone expertise: Hands‑on experience with Studio, APIs, scripting, and Mpower Studio for IVR & bot development
- Telephony & Call Flow Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or .NET
- API & Web Services: Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML data exchange
- Other Tools: Knowledge of Kubernetes, Java, web services, and contact center vendor platforms (in consultant roles)
