SoundSync connects cafés, restaurants, venues, and event organisers with live artists. We help businesses discover suitable musicians and help artists find performance opportunities.

Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help SoundSync build relationships with venues, cafés, restaurants, and event organisers.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and relevant businesses.
• Reach out through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Introduce SoundSync and explain our artist booking services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable artists.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients.
• Maintain and update lead details in the shared Google Sheet.
• Coordinate with the SoundSync team on enquiries and bookings.
• Build long-term relationships with venues and organisers.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking to people over calls and WhatsApp.
• Consistent and organised with follow-ups.
• Interest in music, live events, or the entertainment industry.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or outreach is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Work Mode: Remote
• Role Type: Part-time / Flexible
• Compensation: Unpaid role with performance-based incentives or benefits linked to successful bookings.
• Experience: Freshers and students with strong communication skills are welcome.
