Performance Marketing Manager

Bebaak is a contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand working with indigenous weavers and artisans to bring Indian textiles and craft to a wider audience.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid growth across Meta and Google.

What you’ll do

• Plan, manage and optimise Meta & Google campaigns
• Own key metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV and conversion
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging and campaign strategies
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve growth
• Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-driven content
• Help build and scale Bebaak’s D2C customer acquisition engine

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Prior experience with D2C/e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and customer acquisition
• Someone analytical, curious and comfortable taking ownership
• Shopify/e-commerce experience is a plus

Bonus: Experience in fashion, lifestyle, handloom, craft or other consumer brands.

This is a hands-on role with direct interaction with the founders and significant ownership over Bebaak’s growth.

Compensation: Based on work experience
